helpful staff short walk convenient location
The hotel is a short walk from Paddington Station. Hyde Park is also nearby. I found several restaurants and pubs in the area to be quite convenient. The staff was helpful .

The location near Paddington Station was convenient. I could easily access various parts of the city. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially with directions. I found the room very clean and well kept. The breakfast had a good variety of options.

The location is excellent. I could easily find it from Paddington Station. The bed was very comfortable. I slept very well .

charming stay near paddington
convenient location kind service quiet environment
i found the location very convenient near paddington station i also appreciated the kind service from the gentlemen at the front desk they were always ready to help the hotel was surprisingly quiet despite being right next to the dining room the room was clean and well kept
the room felt quite small it was difficult to move around freely with luggage i think a bit more space would significantly improve the comfort

Acceptable Stay with Heating Issues
The staff were friendly and willing to help when needed.
The room was quite basic and cold. The duvet wasn't warm enough! I struggled to get the radiator working and only discovered the special method in the morning.

charmed by the location and staff
excellent location nice staff
the location is excellent it is just 300 metres from paddington station i could easily leave my luggage after checking out all staff were nice the hotel proved to be a good choice.
